Which Spark Plugs and at what gap?

Ok, I have been doing a lot of research and I think I have it narrowed down, but I just want a few more recommendations.

Which spark plugs are going to be the best:

NGK R5671A-8
NGK BCPR7ES Very easy to find Locally
NGK BKR7E(-11) Projected tip I believe

Or are all of these pretty much equal? I read somewhere that the projected tip ones are not the best for boosted applications, but I see a decent amount of people use them.

Also what is the recommended gap for a Supercharged GSR with stock ignition? I have read anywhere from .030 - .038. It seems that most say .036-.038 is the best range. I just want to reconfirm this.

Try 38 thousandths and see if the car shows any signs of detonation or hesitation... if so, drop down to 35. Basically, you want to run the gap as big as possible.

I use the BKR7F-11 regularly with no problems at all. I am not sure of the others that you speak of.

I use ZFR7F 11's. Are the BKR7R-11 the platinum or iridium plugs?

I think they are copper just like the other ones.

i run the el-cheapo BKR7E's, without the -11. they're slightly cheaper, and easier to gap to 0.035-0.038", since you're not having to hammer them down from the stock mile-and-a-half gap.
